Mr. Liang Zhan
CEOMr. Liang Zhan, an MBA graduate from Fudan University and MIT, brings over two decades of experience in international cooperation, business development, equipment sales, and project investments within the renewable energy sector. Throughout his career, Mr. Zhan has been actively involved in several major wind and liquefied natural gas projects across North and South America, Asia, and Africa. His notable achievements include participation in the first wind farm project in the USA invested by a Chinese developer, the first self-elevating offshore wind installation vessel imported from Europe, and the largest onshore wind farm project in Ethiopia.
