Mr. Raphaël Guastavi
Deputy Director of the Circular Economy Department of the Ecological Transition Agency
- Previously held the position of head of the “Ecodesign & Recycling” department.
- Holder of a master's degree in cellular biology and physiology supplemented by a specialization in Environment, Agricultural and Food Development.
- In addition to his role as manager within the Circular Economy Department, he was also responsible for a cross-cutting mission at ADEME on the theme of “digital environment” leading to a program on digital sobriety.
- Began his career at ADEME as an engineer on the theme of waste in Alsace, before working on support for the eco-responsibility of public organizations and on the dissemination of the support program for local authorities for the development of their climate plans and the territorial implementation of the circular economy.
