- Eman Al Fadala is the Head of Facility Management (FM) in Lusail City with Qatari Diar. She has over 11 years of experience in Facilities Management, and sustainable development. She holds a bachelor’s degree in urban planning as well as a master’s degree in urban planning and design from Qatar University. Eman is committed to develop sustainable practices in all aspects of facilities management, including facilities operation, maintenance planning, infrastructure maintenance, landscaping, and waste management.
- She is flexible, focused, and driven team leader with strong track record of success in implementing several initiatives to improve the environmental performance, including reducing the water consumption, minimizing the waste, and introducing the renewable energy solutions. She has also promoted the standard operating procedures and developed reporting systems to monitor and track progress towards sustainability goals. Eman is focused on to change the trend from Traditional FM to Smart FM that empower city infrastructure and buildings to be intelligent, resilient, and sustainable.
