Mr. Abubakr Jenaid Al-Hadrumi

Al Hadrumi is the Chief Operating Officer with 26 years of experience in technical, managerial, strategic planning, and operations management roles. He began his career in 1997 with KAHRAMAA, advancing through roles in maintenance, planning, and corporate strategy. He later served as Project Manager at Barwa Media and then at Marafeq Qatar, where he led major projects such as STP and district cooling systems. From 2010 to 2022, he was Director of O&M at Marafeq, also overseeing business development and customer service. He currently manages daily operations and strategic execution as COO, while also serving as General Manager of Lusail City District Cooling Company and board member of related entities. He has participated in numerous leadership and technical programs globally.
